Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. (“PJFJ”) does not prohibit links to its Web site, provided that any such link does not improperly connote an endorsement by or affiliation with Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. or otherwise adversely impact Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. and pursuant to the terms below.
If you are interested in linking to PJFJ Web site, please notify PJFJ by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and provide us with your name, your organization name, contact information (such as a phone number and/or e-mail address) as well as the URL of your site and a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to PJFJ Web site.

- Links may be text-based using the words: "Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. or "pjfj.org" (the "Licensed Marks").
- You may not use the PJFJ logo as a link. By linking, you acknowledge and agree that, other than as set forth herein, all rights to the Licensed Marks, other PJFJ marks, the content appearing on the PJFJ Web site and the design of the PJFJ Web site belong to Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc.
- You may not create frames around PJFJ's Web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of PJFJ's Web site.
- You must not misrepresent your relationship with PJFJ or present false or misleading impressions about Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. No links to PJFJ's Web site may be used in a manner that implies or suggests that PJFJ approves or endorses you, your Web site or your goods and services (in all cases, except as Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. may have agreed separately with you in writing).
- You may not use our logo on external Web sites and on social networking sites such as MySpace, Facebook, or YouTube.
- Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify and defend Professional Jamaicans For Jamaica against all claims arising out of or based upon your Web site.
- No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
- Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. may at any time, in its sole discretion, without cause, terminate the license granted herein to use the Licensed Marks and your right to link to any pages on the PJFJ Web site. In such event upon request, you agree to immediately remove all links to PJFJ's Web site and to cease using the Licensed Marks.
- Professional Jamaicans for Jamaica, Inc. reserves the right to change its linking policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
